Our Affiliation
At Maple Ridge Community Church (MRCC), we are proud to be part of a larger community of faith through our connection with the Mennonite Brethren Conference. This affiliation reflects our commitment to biblical teaching, spiritual growth, and serving others as we live out our mission as followers of Jesus Christ.
Who Are the Mennonite Brethren?
The Mennonite Brethren (MB) Conference is a global community of churches united by a shared faith in Jesus Christ and a commitment to living out the teachings of the Bible. Rooted in the Anabaptist tradition, the MB Conference emphasizes:
Faith in Christ
A personal relationship with Jesus as Savior and Lord.
Community
The church as a family of believers walking together in faith.
Service
A dedication to peacemaking, justice, and helping those in need.
What Our Affiliation Means: Being part of the Mennonite Brethren Conference provides us with:
Shared Vision and Values: We align with the MB belief in biblical authority, discipleship, and mission-driven ministry.
Support and Accountability: The MB Conference provides guidance, resources, and fellowship for our church leadership and congregation.
Collaboration: Through this partnership, we join with other MB churches to advance the Gospel locally and globally.
Our affiliation strengthens our church’s ability to fulfill its mission to glorify God, love people, and make disciples. It connects us to a broader network of believers who share our commitment to living out the Gospel in word and deed.
