WOMEN’S MINISTRY

Hey Gals!

First of all, welcome to MRCC! We are so glad you're here, and asking the question - What goes on around here for women??

During the year we host casual events, like drop in coffee time and large events, like a Saturday brunch, or Spring Tea to give you a chance to meet and connect with women outside of Sunday morning.

Twice a year we offer Tuesday night bible studies where you can be a part of a small group who meet at the church, and work through a study just for women.

There is a time set aside for worship and prayer - those happen on the first Saturday morning of each month.

Weekend retreats? Movie nights? Yes and yes!

More questions? Not a problem!!

Please contact the church office (office@mrcchurch.com) - or sign up for the church's weekly e-newsletters where all the details will be for upcoming events.

We'd love to meet you!

Alpha is an 11 week course that creates a space to ask all your questions about life, faith, and meaning in a friendly environment with people who, like you, want to explore.

Each Alpha session begins with a meal, followed by a short video, time to connect, and plenty of time to discuss.

 Join us starting March 11th

Click this LINK to register, to either attend as a guest, or to serve on the Alpha team. If you would like to be a part of the Alpha team, we need volunteers to help out with cooking the meals, set up, or clean up.

Prayer Groups

Join and help build up a tightly-knit prayer group for discerning and praying over whatever the Spirit leads us to in our personal lives and in the communities around us.

Men’s Prayer - weekly on Wednesday mornings

Ladies Soaking Prayer - monthly on Saturday mornings

David’s Tent - monthly on Wednesday evenings

Kids Ministry

Currently Kids church for age 3 to grade 4 is only available in the first service at 8:30am.

Kids church for grades 5-8 is available in both services: 8:30am & 11:15am.

On a typical Sunday, the kids stay with us in the main service for worship, and in the first service (8:30am) they are dismissed after worship to go to Sunday School. In Sunday School, the kids are split into 2 groups. One group is for kids aged 3 to grade 4, and the other group is for kids grade 5 to 8. In the second service (11:15am) grades 5-8 will be dismissed after worship.

For younger kids (Ages 2 & 3), we have a toddler room that is open and staffed during the first service (8:30am) only. A volunteer will be there to greet you after worship.

For the second service the toddler room is open but we do not have anyone there to watch the kids, so we simply ask a parent or guardian to stay in the room with the child.
