Over 13 weeks, Grief Share participants will find help, hope, and healing through three components: Christ-Centered Video Instruction, Group Discussion, and Personal Workbook Study. The participant guide serves as a road map for the grief journey. It helps us process our emotions and experiences and cope with the loss. Some topics are loneliness, fear, anger, regrets and more. Discussion time helps us feel less alone and heard.
Grief Share is for everyone who is grieving the death of a loved one—whether you've experienced the loss of a spouse, parent, child (infant, young child, teen, adult, unborn), friend, sibling, coworker, or any other person you cared about.
